Money that moves only on verified milestones

Cross-border payments fail when trust does. The Escrow Engine is designed to gate each release on verified documents and confirmed milestones, coordinated with licensed partners rather than holding funds itself.

Milestone-gated releases

Advance, shipment, and balance releases each tied to conditions that are verified inside the Trade Case, not asserted over email.

Document-verified conditions

A release condition like "clean on-board bill of lading" is checked against the actual parsed document, with the evidence attached.

Ledger-grade records

Every hold, verification, and release recorded in order, so both sides see the same state of the money at all times.

Licensed-partner rails

GTOS coordinates the controls; regulated partners hold and move the funds. GTOS is not a bank, a lender, or an insurer.

Human in the loop, by design

Escrow release always requires human approval. The system verifies; a person releases.

Part of one Trade Case

Escrow Engine is not a standalone tool. It runs inside the same Trade Case as every other capability, so documents, compliance, money, and logistics share one record.
