01Acceptance of terms

By accessing gogtos.com or using any GTOS product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using GTOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

GTOS is an early-stage prototype offered to design partners. Features, availability, and these terms may change as the platform develops.

02The GTOS service

GTOS provides intelligence and execution infrastructure for global trade, organized around the Trade Case. The platform coordinates sourcing, documents, compliance, logistics, finance, markets, and AI agents. GTOS is a software platform—it is not a bank, broker, carrier, customs authority, or licensed financial institution.

03Financial services disclaimer

Escrow, payments, and related financial workflows are presented as coordination layers that may integrate with licensed partners. GTOS does not itself hold funds or act as a financial institution, and nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or customs advice.

04Your responsibilities

When you use GTOS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Comply with all applicable trade, export-control, sanctions, and customs laws.
• Use the platform only for lawful trade activity and not to circumvent controls.
• Retain responsibility for decisions that require professional or human review.

05AI outputs

AI-generated recommendations, classifications, and extractions are provided to assist your team and are accompanied by confidence and source references. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, and sensitive actions remain gated behind policy checks and human approval.

06Intellectual property

GTOS and its underlying software, models, and content are owned by GTOS and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.

07Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” during the prototype phase, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

08Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, its users, or to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
