A representative Trade Case view. In a live pilot this is populated with your real shipments, documents, and counterparties.

How it flows

One case, four connected stages

Every Trade Case is designed to move through the same verifiable lifecycle — coordinated by AI agents and reviewable by humans.

1. Documents land and get understood

As invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading arrive, Document AI is designed to extract the fields, link them to the Trade Case, and flag mismatches for human review.

2. Compliance gets a structured review

Counterparties are screened against sanctions and denied-party lists and HS codes are suggested for review — with every check recorded in an audit trail before the case can move forward.

3. Logistics stays in sync

Shipment milestones are tracked against the Trade Case. When an ETA slips or a document is missing, the relevant agent is designed to surface it early rather than after the fact.

4. Payment stays gated on verified milestones

Payment release remains locked until agreed conditions are met and verified. Go Gtos is built to coordinate these controls with licensed partners rather than hold funds itself.

Help design the operating system for global trade

We are looking for importers, exporters, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and payment partners willing to test the prototype and help shape the first pilot.
