01Overview

GTOS (“we”, “us”) is building the intelligence and execution infrastructure for global trade. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use gogtos.com and our products, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Because GTOS is an early-stage prototype, our data practices are intentionally conservative and will continue to evolve as we bring the platform to production.

02Information we collect

We collect information in three broad categories:

• Information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company, trade lane, and messages when you apply for the pilot or contact us.
• Trade Case data you or your organization submit into the platform, such as documents, shipment details, and counterparty information.
• Technical information collected automatically, such as device, browser, and usage analytics used to operate and improve the service.

03How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate the Trade Case workflow and the surrounding intelligence, compliance, logistics, and finance services.
• Evaluate and administer design-partner pilots and communicate with you about them.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• Improve our models and product experience, using appropriate safeguards.

04AI processing and human oversight

GTOS uses AI agents to extract, structure, and analyze trade data. Sensitive decisions—such as compliance determinations and payment releases—remain subject to policy checks and human approval. AI outputs are presented with confidence and source references rather than treated as final authority.

05Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, with counterparties you explicitly transact with inside a Trade Case, and where required by law.

06Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply role-based access, encryption in transit, and audit logging as core parts of the system design.

07Your rights

08International transfers

Global trade is inherently cross-border. Where we transfer information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
